Welcome to Kristi Himmel Reflections!
​My name is Kristi. I'm hoping to reach out to those who are called by their inner Self to bring change and clarity into their being and daily lives. I feel comfortable supporting you through all outer and inner life changes, traumas and mental health challenges. In my work I mainly rely on my personal experiences and insights. On the theoretical side I have been most strongly influenced by jungian and existential psychology.
In 2011 I experienced a spontaneous ego collapse that took me to a life long journey. Though the process has been very challenging, with the help of many spiritual teachers I have learned to trust my path more and more each step forward.

Past 10 years I have worked in the field of social work guiding young people with all sorts of psychological, developmental and practical callenges. In 2025 I have passed a course in existential psychology and jungian counselling. I have bachelors degree in sociology and social work and masters degree in public health.
​
On this webpage you find information on courses, meetings and counselings I'm currently offering. In the future I'm also hoping to organize in-person meetings here at my home in Southern Estonia (Europe).​ All online meetings and counselings take place UTC +3.00 in summer and UTC +2.00 in winter.
